Chef Chris will take you on a culinary tour of the continental United States. You will start with the Jersey Shore, Florida Keys, Southwest, New Orleans and conclude in Hawaii. You will prepare each appetizer, salad dressing and entreé yourself and take home the recipes you learned. All food items, aprons and knives will be provided to students. Soft drinks and coffee will be provided, no alcoholic beverages on campus. Dress for safety and comfort and prepare yourself for a fun night out preparing your dinner like a professional chef.

Chef Chris Bauer is an Instructor at the Culinary Education Center, Asbury Park and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY.
