All of our cribs that are shipping now meet or exceed all CPSC compact crib requirements (CPSC 1220) ASTM 2710 (voluntary commercial crib standards), ASTM 406 10B (compact crib requirements) and are totally compliant with the new 2010 Government guidelines. All cribs used in a commercial environment such as a day care must be compliant with these guidelines or they must be replaced by December 28, 2012.
